Deprecation/Removal: EdxRestApiClient - DEPR-21

Hi there,

We plan to deprecate and remove EdxRestApiClient. We are targeting removal after May 30, 2019. The replacement is OauthApiClient, which is defined here: https://github.com/edx/edx-rest-api-client/blob/master/edx_rest_api_client/client.py#L88

Please read https://openedx.atlassian.net/browse/DEPR-21 for more information and to post any questions/comments. The proposed deadline for comments before acceptance is May 2, 2019.
