Who's responsible for cookiecutter-django-app?

I've submitted a PR against cookiecutter-django-app template - who would be responsible for reviewing and approving it?

The platform team owns that repo.  You can tell who owns any repo (and is therefore responsible for reviewing/approving PRs to it) by looking at the openedx.yaml file: https://github.com/edx/cookiecutter-django-app/blob/master/openedx.yaml
