Greetings from your new developer advocate at EdX

Hi,

My name is Shauna Gordon-McKeon, and I'm EdX's new Developer Advocate.  What is a developer advocate, you might ask.  Good question!  My role is to help strengthen the lines of communication between internal EdX developers and the open source community, and to help the community grow.  I just started last week, and I'm still getting my sea legs, but I can already tell what an amazing community this is.  I'm hoping that we can work together to make it even better.

So don't be shy - if you have any feedback about Open EdX, send me an email!  My metaphorical door is always open.  Feel free to also send an email introducing yourself and the projects you're working with.  I'd love to get to know you.  You can also say hi on Slack - I’m @shaunagm.
