Hi. We have a new version (0.6.5) of ubcpi (https://github.com/ubc/ubcpi) xblock. It fixes some bugs that were reported by users from edX Edge.

In the past, this xblock was included in edx-platform via the file `requirements/edx/edx-private.txt`. But now this file is gone. So I am wondering if there is an alternate way for us to submit a pull request to edx-platform to deploy the new version to edX Edge.
