Enabling the CourseTalk widget on an edX.org course

Hello everyone, 

My name is Dan and i'm the LMS Operator for Tel Aviv University's center for learning innovation. We make the university's MOOCs.

I've been unsuccessfully trying to add the CourseTalk widget on our course Viruses and How to Beat Them, so that our learners can rate and review the course. 

Perhaps someone here has prier experience with this and can point me in the right direction?

Note that the course runs on the edX main platform and not on an open edX instance. Meaning that the instructions here - http://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/edx-installing-configuring-and-running/en/latest/configuration/add_coursetalk_widget.html - don't help much. 

I'd be very thankful for any help here,
