Data population in course_overviews_courseoverview table without running any management command

Hello All,

I restored old release's mongo course data dump on Open edX ficus release, I observed that data get populated in course_overviews_courseoverview and
course_overviews_courseoverviewtab tables without running any management command.

Is there any settings in Ficus release, which does this data synchronization of mongo and mysql internally.
