Pacing a course in accordance to the student's enrollment date.

I want to create a course that is always open, but due dates are set in accordance to when the students started the course.  

So let's say a course is open since February, and the first assignment is due two weeks in.  If a student joins the course in September, then he'll have two weeks to finish the assignment.  

Is this possible in edX?
