[Feature request] different visibility levels on course forum for postings

Hello,

I'm a student on edX (right now doing the MITx micromaster on Data Science and loving it) and I wish to have three levels of visibility for my posts on the forum. I wish to have the following levels of visibility:

• Only visible to me: It would extremaly usefull to make notes about the course and to make drafts that would be finished later on;
• Visible only to staff: to ask for clarification mentioning question's answers and other things that would be considered cheating if posted as public messages and to report issues;
• Public posts: as they are now;

Tell what you think. I don't know if I'll be able to contribute to the implementation of this issue myself because it seems a lot of work (if you think otherwise, please tell me, I'm not familiar at all with edX code) although I have enough technicall knowledge (I have Computer Science background)
