How to elasticsearch using AND query?

I am testing elastic search in LMS course search.

I want to make course search uses AND filter.

For example, if I searched foo bar, results shows containing any foo or bar.

I want to make results shows containing both foo and bar?

Any suggestions?

just writing 'AND' between words worked.
