Add static templates with Comprehensive Theming Open edX

Hello!

I created theme using this tutorial - https://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/edx-installing-configuring-and-running/en/named-release-dogwood.rc/configuration/theming/create_theme.html

But I didnt find how to add static templates?

I have found answer. I used theme- prefix in template name. And it was my mistake
