Submit button not responding in Entrance Exam - release 31-Oct-2016 + hotfix-2016-11-02

Hi,

I started using the recent release 31-Oct-2016 + hotfix-2016-11-02 and noticed the following:

In entrance exam subsection for a problem (multiple choice question or checkbox..) the submit button does not do anything as noted by 1)It does not increase the attempts 2) It does not complete grading the Entrance subsection..

Kindly help if I am missing any configuration with the new update.

Note that the Submit button was recently introduced by consolidating check and final check. 

P.S: The courseware pages are looking much better after the latest changes (next previous etc..)
