make registration from via api

hi all.

we plan to develop a software that will be integrated to an openedx instance.

user management will be made in the software to be developed:   when a a new user  defined in the software , it will also be created(registered) in open edx instance  without email verification,  updated and deleted in coordination  as well, smth like one to one integration in both user tables.   is that possible , are there user apis to support such a scenario?
