How Can I apply some CSS to Register Button to lookit proper.

Hello,

I applied Theme to my Open EDx. But in my LMS, Register button is not looking proper, it is placed away from Sign-in and not well formatted. I read on Open Edx slack that, I have to either write .CSS file and then write styles for that button and initialise after base CSS or Write SCSS file for the element. I tried both the things. I made CSS file and kept it in CSS folder. Also I created SCSS file named it StyleForBtn.scss and kept it in SASS folder. But neither of it worked..Please explain me this line: "You need to write SCSS for the element or make your own CSS and initialize after base css"

Please guide me.
