about add link into the tab

I would like to add a link on "Linked Accounts"as above .

Try to modify on the file:

/edx/app/edxapp/edx-platform/lms/templates/student_account/account_settings_section.underscore

But there is nothing change.

Is there something wrong?

(My code is as the attached file .)
