insights dashboard css not found

Hello everyone ,
I have installed open edx eucalyptus.2 manually on ubuntu 12.04 64 bit . (https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/display/OpenOPS/Native+Open+edX+Ubuntu+12.04+64+bit+Installation)

I try to visit the insight dashboard (ip:8110).  But it got the result below :


and here is log file:


Please share how to fix the problem.
I would be very grateful if any one can help.
