Grey box in the edx front page

Hi guys

How would you change the grey box in the edx front page with a hero image?

(the box i m talking about is the one that says :

Welcome to the Open edX® platform!
It works! This is the default homepage for this Open edX instance.

You need to replace things in index_overlay.html and the compile the theme
