Trouble implementing Video Pipeline in Fullstack

Hi all,
I've been trying to get the Video Upload Pipeline set up on a Eucalyptus Fullstack installation. I followed the (Devstack) instructions here: Developing-on-the-edX-Developer-Stack and haven't had any luck; I'm not getting any errors, but the Video Upload content type is not showing up in Studio. Is there an additional step, or several to get it going in Fullstack?
