Unable to add new language

I'm trying to add Georgian language to my open edx installation but have some problems. I followed this tutorial and new language option appeared in accound settings page but when I change language from English to Georgian the djangojs.js file isn't loading any more. This causes the entire page to break. I can't even change the language back to English because the settings page isn't opening due to javascript error.

I tried to copy the "en" folder and name it "ka" in /edx/app/edxapp/edx-platform/lms/static/js/i18n/ but it didn't fix the problem.
