Default Login and Password for Mitxvm (Openedx)

Hi everyone

I have been trying to run mitxvm on virtual box but i am facing with a problem i.e. i couldnt login. i tried the inputs provided in the link (http://people.csail.mit.edu/ichuang/edx/)but still no use. Now please can anyone tell me what is exactly the login and password to login in the virtual machine? or atleast tell me how to create a new user and password for the same.

i tried the following:

1. login: xadmin

    pw: xadmin

2. login: xad...@mitxvm.local

    pw: xadmin

any help will be appreciated.

the edX devstack, this is our officially supported developer setup and

Just try user: vagrant and password: vagrant. It worked for me.

This password you describe is for the studio application for creating the course.  The guest password is for navigation of the students view.

login: vagrant pw: vagrant is for the the ssh session into the vm

Since the original post said ¨to login in the virtual machine¨ and considering the other options he tried are correct for studio, but still didn´t work for him, I guess he may be trying to login to the ubuntu virtual machine. Therefore, the user: vagrant and pass: vagrant.
