How can I edit the "terms of service" and the "faq" pages on edx?

Are you using Comprehensive Theming?
If you haven't made a theme, the HTML files are in the edx-platform/lms/templates/static_templates directory.
If you haven't made a theme, the HTML files are in the edx-platform/lms/templates/static_templates directory.
If you are using a theme, create a static_templates directory in your theme's lms/templates then create faq.html and tos.html
