Easy way to setup in a cloud server + change language + change logo

I've been working on this the last 29 days,  there is no simple tutorial to do it, could you recommend one?

I tried with binami, but they use the Debian version, most of the tutorials are for ubuntu version, so everything changes.

enable Ecommerce  is a pain in the ... 

same for language change

same for theme

This is a Getting Started with Open edX development workshop that I gave at the last Opek edX conference that you might find useful: 

Doesn’t cover language or e-commerce but does discuss theme changes, and other common activities.
