Adding a page/tab in OLX

Hello, everyone!

I'm trying to add a Page to a course without using Studio. I thought I'd be able to just add a .html file to the tabs folder, but that doesn't do it, and I can't find any other file in my course export that references the existing Pages. Any idea what I'm missing?

Aaaand never mind because Peter Pinch from MIT figured it out for me!

It's referenced in the policy.json file for that particular run of the course.
