Hello All,

I am new to use open Edx platform.

I am interested in creating competency framework to evaluate the learners (Assessment system where tests can be created for learners and the overall results are available based on competency/learner/..) using open edx platform.

I understand that some quizzes, exercises can be created.

Please help me to create such competency framework if possible.
