Insights ungraded problems issue

Hi all,

I have list of ungraded problems in the course and is accessed by more than 300 Learners and answered them.

When i checked the response in Insights there was none.

The section is not visible under both graded and ungraded Insights view.

Please help in this.

What is the problem type? Only the below problem types are shown in Insights:

Checkboxes

Dropdown

Multiple choice

Numerical input

Text input

Math expression input

I have survey type questions as ungraded questions.

Is there any way to get the students responses apart from insights ?
