Google hangout button

Hi
I am using exactly the structors of installing google hangout using a static page and in code page everything is ok but when i publish it, its not showing hangout button.
Anybody knows what is the problem?

Arash,

My belief is that your domain needs to be whitelisted by Google in order to use that feature, and the instructions assume you're running at edx.org which has been whitelisted.

(Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong about this.)

Hi Arash,

I'm afraid I don't have any advice about how to get whitelisted - I don't know if there's an official channel.

If someone does find out the official way to do it, it'd be great to post it here, since the question comes up occasionally.

Hi Arash,

Were you able to integrate google hangout in openedx site. I am trying to do the same but facing the same issue. Do you remember the process for how to whitelist your domain for google hangout?
