We're hiring open source developers, to work on Open edX:

Almost all our work is published as free software and contributed to the upstream projects, including of course Open edX, and developed with the highest standards of quality - a necessary condition to be able to merge code upstream.

If you already have some experience contributing to Open edX, it's a huge plus, but any open source contribution experience is a good start. We are a very good team to join if you want to level up your development and contribution skills. It won't be easy, but if you can deliver, I guarantee that it will be a pretty rewarding experience.
