Open edX release: Eucalyptus.2

Fellow Open edXers:

We've released a few bug fixes for Eucalyptus, as Eucalyptus.2.  The tag name is open-release/eucalyptus.2, usable with the usual installation methods.

A summary of the fixes are below.  If you need help at any point, see the Getting Help page for ways to ask.

• Fixed a problem with django-debug-toolbar raising an exception: “process() takes exactly 3 arguments (2 given).”
• Fixed poor discussion forum performance. (TNL-5173)
• Fixed a problem preventing adding a comment to responses on inline discussions. (TNL-5389)
• Fixed links to vertical blocks. (TNL-5003)
• The install_stack.sh file now creates directories differently.

Hello Ned,
Unable to locate the open-release/eucalyptus.2 tag on github.com. Can you please point to it?

Also, which is the latest Dogwood branch? We were using Dogwood.3, but thats not available any more. In the list of branches, now there is only a named-release/dogwood.rc

This is a bug on GitHub itself. You can navigate to the branches directly, for example: https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/tree/open-release/eucalyptus.2.
