Disable Create Course Option to Student in edx sandbox

Hi,

If a person register in edx.org who can not create course in
studio.edx.org until he get permission.

I have installed edx sandbox production stack there anyone can
register in lms and can login to cms then he can create course. How to
disable that like studio.edx.org? Who permitting user to create
course? How can I make edx sandbox that allows only permitted user can
create course?

Help me if anybody did already.

Thanks for your help, but doing what the link says didn't do it for me: "Add 'DISABLE_COURSE_CREATION' to MITX_FEATURES" in cms common.py.

Actually, the MITX_FEATURES block does not exist (i'm using eucaliptus). I added this key in the FEATURES block but nothing changed.

Any idea anyone?

Solved,

re-restarted the services again and some ctrl+F5 did the trick.

RECAP: Open edx-platform/cms/common.py, add 'DISABLE_COURSE_CREATION' = True, (be aware of the comma) to the FEATURES block and restart services.
