How to enable edx-search functionality

Hi everyone, I want to enable default Search feature of my LMS. I read the doc on edx.readthedocs. but settings mentioned there are not there in my lms.env.json and not even in my cms.env.json. Not even a single setting is there.Mine is Devstack ginkgo2. Please tell me what process do i have to follow:
