Integrating Flowcharts lti - adjusting the circuit schematic builder?

I am looking for an IMS/LTI tool that will allow students to make flowcharts.

My boss found the Circuit Schematic builder in the demo course and is convinced that it is the key to flowcharts!

Can its functionality somehow be edited?  Where would I even access that?

 Is there a better solution?  Is there and Learning Tools Interoperability Flowchart maker that I can hang in an iframe or something?
