Tag change: "obsc" to "rare"

I am in the process of implementing some changes in the tags used in
JMdict entries. Mostly these will involve adding additional tags, but
there is one change to an existing tag that may affect editing so I
want to give people a heads-up.

The [obsc] tag is being renamed [rare], so once the change is done the
2k+ entries currently with the [obsc] tag will have [rare] instead,
and [obsc] will no longer be accepted. (Just to make things a little
confusing, there is currently an unused [rare] tag.)

I'll email again once the change is complete.

OK, that change has now been made. The [obsc] tag is no longer used.
As part of the changes, a new [euph] (euphemistic) tag has been added.
