It seems zenkaku alphanumerics are used for all Japanese terms except in
these two, which use an ascii digit:

<keb>腹8分目</keb>
<keb>腹8分目に医者要らず</keb>

(JMdict_e.gz as of yesterday)

Do I win the award for most pedantic submission of the month? :-)

(You could have slipped under the radar and popped in an amendment.)

My tablet's fonts don't make it easy to tell full and half width apart.
