Can i get the sample structure of CCD for:
Progress notes, Lab notes , Procedure notes CCD Structure

I am getting following error in my XML

Error -

The scenario requires data related to patient's Notes for 28570-0 , but the submitted C-CDA does not contain corresponding clinical Notes data.

Error -

The scenario requires data related to patient's Notes for 11506-3 , but the submitted C-CDA does not contain corresponding clinical Notes data.

Error -

The scenario requires data related to patient's Notes for 11502-2 , but the submitted C-CDA does not contain corresponding clinical Notes data.

Please refer to the HL7 C-CDA IG and the C-CDA Companion Guide.

Also there are examples in the ETT tool that you can look at.
