Regarding MT Test 41 (Unable to Deliver), I created a Direct address on my HISP with a valid certificate; however, the mailbox is intentionally not configured.
When I run this test, the request from ETT should at least reach my server before the delivery failure occurs. However, I do not see any incoming request or error logged on my server side.
For more details, please check the attached screenshots. If I am missing anything or doing something incorrectly, please assist me.

Yes, I am receiving a Processed MDN when I use the Direct address inteli...@devdirect.intelimd.com. In this case, I can see that the message is successfully received from ETT.
However, when I use inteli...@devdirect.intelimd.com, I receive a Bad Certificate error. I have also successfully passed SMTP MT Test 39 (Message with Good Header) and SMTP MT Test 40 (Message with Bad Header).
For more details, please refer to the attached screenshots.
Could you please assist me in understanding why messages from ETT are only being delivered to inteli...@devdirect.intelimd.com and not to inteli...@devdirect.intelimd.com? Any guidance on what might be causing the certificate issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sai,
As per our previous conversation, I am assuming that the certificate for intelimduser7 has not yet been uploaded on the ETT side and root CA and intermediate CA already updated.
Please find the attached certificate and update it on the ETT server. This will allow us to proceed with testing SMTP MT Test 41 (Unable to Deliver).
Please let me know if any additional information is required.
