Intermittent(full day) Receive Edge SMTP issues

I am having Intermittent Edge SMTP Test Case -  Receive  issues. Some days I have no issue others; I cannot get a message to go through in the AM or PM (EST).

Primarily testing with messages
SMTP Test 9, 16, 20 (Receive)
SMTP Test 25(a) (Receive Text and CCDA)

sstest...@ttpedge.sitenv.org  TO  Albert.Davis...@newcrop.cert.direct-ci.com
6/19 - 2 sent  and 2 received
6/20 - 2+ sent and 0 received    
6/21 - 1 sent  and 1 received
6/22 - 2+ sent and 0 received

5/17 - did the entire TOC Receive Test Case 10+ set and all received

Between 5/17 and 6/19 their were two other days where this did not work.  However, they were a week or more apart and I just thought I was hitting the tool during a maintenanace window.

On all these instances I am still able to do internal test Javier....@newcrop.cert.direct-ci.com TO  Albert.Davis....@newcrop.cert.direct-ci.com@newcrop.cert.direct-ci.com.  I call these internal messages, but they still route thru our HISP's server.  I believe this proves our HIPS is still functioning.

I am changing nothing on my end it just randomly works or does not on any given day from my perspective.   We test with Drummond on 6/30.   Concerned this will hit us on that day.

If you encounter an issue during testing - please post the test case number and test data so that we can resolve the issue.

This is all I see in the log(See screen shot).  This message never arrives at Albert.Davi...@newcrop.cert.direct-ci.com This last test was run at approximately 1PM EST.

I see you are seeing direct email addresses. These are supposed to be used with SMTP servers, not Direct. 

If you are using direct, from the screenshot you posted, I see you are trying to use kryptic.net hostname and using ttpedge username/password. This will not work. 

Hostname/Ip is your server's hostname
Username/password is an account you have setup on your server. 
Vendor smtp email is the address you want to sent to from your server that you have access to when an email is received.

This is the way surescript had me configure the tool to test using their HISP; I have not modified any settings.   It seems to work part of the time.   Looking back at more messages received it seems to not work on consecutive days.   

Going off of this pattern it should work again tomorrow.   Which makes no sense.   How can it work sometimes if my configuration is wrong?  I have been using this tool configured in this way since 2018.   

I am reaching out to surescripts for an updated procedure, but I believe the issue is on Edge Test Tool end.

This is from our EHR UI screen you can see I am recently receiving messages, and I have not touched any configuration.

No changes to the Configuration and the tool is working today.  There has to be a reason for this on your end.  Please advise.

These test cases are designed to be run with a SMTP server not a direct server. Please use a plain SMTP server and re run the tests.
