B1 Test Failing

In B1 the third item in the dropdown. (i)(A) Send using Edge Protocol - Delivery Notification is failing with: ERROR: Error fetching email - AUTHENTICATE failed. Authentication failed.
For some reason this google group keeps deleting my messages when I reply to a message.

Hi David,

Can you share more details like which email ID you are using? Also, we have TLS enabled, so non-tls messages might failed.

Isn't this test trying to pull that data from YOUR mail server? It's validating that we sent the message with the proper header? I'm using the same email that passed the Sending using SMTP.  Note this fails instantly

The first test passes without issue (send using SMTP) but this one fails instantly, with the auth issue, using the same address.  Isn't it reading from YOUR mail server and not ours?

I am no longer getting the error message about login but it never finds my email when sending to wellfo...@james.healthit.gov

You have to make sure the header information is as expected by the specification.

It never states that it is receiving the message at all, it's just looking for Disposition-Notification-To correct?

ERROR: No messages found! Send a message and try again. Please make sure that the vendor email address is entered correctly and matches the email address from which the email is being sent.

It was successful after adding the Delivery Notification Options header
