Clarkson, Jane - C-CDA does not contain Care Team Member data

During testing my output XML file for 170.315_b1_ToC_Inp / 170.315_b1_toc_inp_sample3_v6.pdf - CCD scenario I permanently get this (and only this) Error:

Error - The scenario requires data related to the patient's care Team Members but the submitted C-CDA does not contain Care Team Member data.

I did try to use Care Team parts of recommended example: https://github.com/gecole/HL7-Task-Force-Examples/blob/master/CareTeamToC170.314b2Ambulatory.xml

But without any success.

Can somebody help me with this issue, or send me some valid Care Team section sample?

Here is my C-CDA XML file:

[Nagesh Bashyam - Drajer]

This is because the validator is expecting Care Team Members to be present in the Care Team Section according to the Companion Guide.
