B1->Send using Edge Protocol- SMTP Failing

Hello,

I am getting the following error when testing B1 criteria for Paragraph (i) (A) Send using Edge Protocol- SMTP:

ERROR: No messages found! Send a message and try again 

Please make sure that the Vendor Email Address is entered and matches the email address from which the email is being sent. Wait for atleast 30 seconds after sending the email to ensure successful delivery to the ETT.

The same email, server and credentials works for the Paragraph (i) (B) test.

Can someone please assist me to get around this issue?
