XDR Test 1 - Cures CCDA Validation Question

Is there a known difference between the validation that occurs when running the B1 XDR Test 1 using " 170.315_b1_toc_amb_sample3_v2.pdf" (with the Cures checkbox selected) and the validation for the same file in the Message Validator here: https://ett.healthit.gov/ett/#/validators/ccdar3? 

I am seeing more errors for my CCDA sample when manually validating it using the Cures Message Validator than I am seeing in the XDR Test 1 CCDA Validation. Is this an issue with the test tool or is this expected?

No, it should be the same. Can you send your file and screenshots of different results?

The CCDA.xml is attached and screenshots are below. It looks like a lot of the Provenance related errors are not in the XDR Test 1 Validation. Thank you!
