All outbound XDR tests are stuck in Pending status

Hello Team,

All the outbound XDR messages are pending. I have tried to send several messages for outbound XDR testing. All of our messages are processed, but all of the tests remain in a Pending status. The following testing scenarios are tested and shows as Pending:

• XDR 1
• XDR 2
• XDR 6
• XDR 7
• XDR MT 20a
• XDR MT 20b
• XDR MT 49

We are facing the same issue on our end as well; all XDR outbound messages continue to stay in Pending status.

The b.1 XDR tests are not possible to test for certification in this state. With only one month left for 2025 certification date, this is impacting multiple developers.

Hey Team just a reminder that with the government shutdown many folks' testing has been delayed and are mostly obligated to attest by Dec 1 that we have implemented USCDIv3 - appreciate the close monitoring and due diligence of the team supporting the CCDA validator throughout this next week ahead of Thanksgiving given the significant downstream effects.  Thanks all!

It appears the C-CDA validator is still returning Java exception errors. Should that be fixed now or is that something you're working on?

Hey Team, I am having similar issue again with XDR Test1 and XDR Test7. 

These tests worked as expected and passed when I tested last week but now they are again stuck in pending status.

We had to reschedule our uscdiv3 certification due to this, Can someone please help in resolving this issue.

Hi , I tried testing again and see messages are processed successfully on our end but dont see the status being updated in ETT.
Test status are in pending for  b1- Test1, Test2, Test6, Test7.

Please let me know if you need any other details for investigation.
