The HTML tags allowed in CDA are fairly limited – but have met the primary purpose of CDA, make the content human readable.

There isn’t a great way with the base CDA 2.0 to drive formatting. IHE did some great work on a Multiple Content Views profile but it requires the receiver to interpret/apply (search IHE MCV to find).
