Clinical Notes - section coding

Can someone provide the HL7 xml coding that is needed for the Clinical Notes sections? Is there a supplemental guide that goes along with the Companion Guide attached?

The Companion guide is the document to be followed along with the CCDA IG.

There are examples in the Gold Samples for Practice in the tool that you can download to see how it is to be done.
