Is the scorecard down?

I am unable to reach the scorecard endpoint at https://ttpds.sitenv.org:8443/referenceccdaservice/, and navigating to www.healthit.gov/scorecard gives me a connection timed out error.

Thanks Sandeep for the info. When I visit that site and go to “Scorecard API and External Tool Instructions,” I see the endpoints https://sitenv.org/scorecard/ccdascorecardservice2 for json response, and https://sitenv.org/scorecard/savescorecardservicebackend for PDF report. We are unable to hit these endpoints via Postman or from within our application. Could you please check their status? Thanks again.

Please use ccda.healthit.gov instead of sitenv.org in the url.
