Outbound IP Address of the ETT for your System as Receiver XDR Test Cases

Is the set of outbound IP address of that the ETT could use when performing the Your System as Receiver XDR Test Cases posted anywhere?    Also are these IPs dynamic or static?

All the XDR requests originate from this ip 52.26.237.9. This is static.

This is reference to TEST CASE 4a and 4b where we are getting "Connection Timed out" Error in ETT Logs. We wanted to see if requests are reaching our system, coz in our application we are not seeing it in logs. Also, please know, Test CASE 8 went successful with our system.
