Delivery notification unable to receive

Hi Team,

Please find the logs from the H1 Delivery Notification test below. The Direct message is being received successfully by our system; however, we are not receiving any delivery notification.

Test Logs:

  1. Sent an email with the Disposition Notification header to fh...@fhir.spryhealth.care

  2. Email sent successfully

  3. Message-ID: <1989786961.6572.1769965468852@localhost>

Could you please help us understand why the delivery notification is not being received, even though the Direct message  is received successfully?

For SMTP 39, the tool will send you the direct email and your server has to send back Processed and Dispatched MDNs to pass
