SMTP MT Test 39, 40 and 41.

Hello, 

We have properly configured the profile and the trust anchor, but when we trigger the tests, we dont recevie anything on oujr end. Through the "Send Message" we are able to receive the message and send a correct MDN back. However, from SMTP MT Test 39, 40 and 41 we dont receive anything. Hello,

We persist with the issue, but now it is saying that it cant connect to direct.ett.healthit.gov at port 25. Can you check it up or is it something we have misconfigured in ETT?

We are able to receive the messages through "send message" option in ETT.

Hi Kim,

Thank you for your quick response, we can see now that the issue with the "couldn't connect to host" has been fixed. However, our main issue still persists. The logs (see image attached) say that the email has been sent to our server, but we are not receiving anything, we don't receive an error, we don't receive a message of trying to connect, nothing. It is like the email has not been sent. 

We don't know how to debug it, we have all ports open and we are listening to all connections. Since we don't receive anything, we are unable to proceed. Maybe you can share some logs on your end?  Can you help us with this issue? 

It is important to also mention that we do receive messages and send back the correct MDNs when we use "send message" feature in ETT. (see the second image attached)

Have you uploaded ETT trust anchor into your direct server? Also, please post your direct address that is used for test MT 39.

This issue with Test 39 is occurring again today. We have a customer who is preparing for their certification test and needs to get this resolved.

Are there any logs you can share on your end?

Hello,

I think james server is down, i cant execute the tests. It is throwing invalid address in smtp 39,40 and 41. Also, if it helps, test case SMTP Test 8, 14, 18 (Send) gives timeut connecting to james server.
