Bill just doesn't know where his limits are. They are obvious to others. What else can you say. He's a technologist and he will do what he will do. He may have some success. We have to make sure the rest of the world just doesn't get into a complacent - Oh leave it to Bill. Community resilience and adaptations are not going to happen through a Gates view of the world. Nor is ecosystem restoration, Nor is ff reductions etc etc.

I agree with every word. It is unfortunate that not only does Bill believe his own PR, but he has so many environmentalists snowed. He represents concentrated wealth. The ecosystem restoration and regenerative farming that we propose would represent actual wealth for most people. But Gates can’t be bothered because he’s only interested in concentrated wealth, not distributed wealth.

How can one person be an expert on vaccines and public health, climate change, agriculture, poverty, educational standards and artificial meat? Oh, and software.

Good video, thank you, Hart! I think her key words are these

self-organization".

Dramatically underappreciating life's complexity is at the core of all techno utopias.

I came to think that an early exposure to wilderness is essential for developing a high standard of complexity in a person. The more people are exposed to an urban lifestyle, the more strategically shallow their judgments are to become.
