Urgent - Need your response - More details about the Dec 18 Christmas celebration

Hello brothers and sisters,

Justina graciously worked with the church office and reserved the gym for 1-4pm on Sunday, 12/18. However, during the same time, there will be a church-wide dress rehearsal for the 12/25 concert. This means many of use may need to join the rehearsal instead of our celebration. Question - Who will join the rehearsal?

• PA - Xiao?
• Adult choir - anyone?
  
• Children's choir - anyone?
  

The church office needs my response by 9am tomorrow (Tuesday). So, please respond by then. Thank you.

Fieldings won’t be in any 

rehearsals. :)

Dec 18- We’ll have to leave probably between 3:15 and 3:30.

If we could do gift exchange first do the kids can participate in that, that would be great.

Our 2nd choice is Dec 11. However, I understand it’s not ideal either.

Hello fellowship,

I appreciate your quick response! It looks like 12/18 still works for most of us, and let's stick with that plan. Actually, each family please prepare:

• One $10 gift per child
• Simple snack
• An activity that can occupy us for 10 minutes

Place/time: Education building room 201, 12/18, Start around 1pm-ish, and finish around 2:30pm-ish.

I hope to make 2 updates:

• Place: Office basement (not room 201)
• Gift exchange: Only applies to the younger kids (the YF kids will have their gift exchange the night before, so there is no need to do it again. Thanks to David and Lauren)
