Zoom meeting to discuss the future of Samuel fellowship.

Dear All:

Last time during fellowship , we briefly discussed our plan to out reach/ possible combine with other group. Time flies quickly. Holiday season is here. I hope we can have another discussion and formalize our plan before end of this year. Also to update what we have done in meantime .. it is easier to directly talk instead of writing in email.

Can most people/ family able to make it this Thursday 7-8pm?( try to avoid weekend as many families have plans ) If you can not, what is your preference? We can certainly change the schedule to accommodate most people .

Dear Qing, 

Thank you so much for coordinating this Zoom meeting. We really look forward to it as we love our fellowship and hope to seek the Lord's will and see where He leads us in this new chapter of our fellowship's life. Both Sharon and I have to attend Care Ministry's monthly meeting this Thursday from 6:45-8pm. I can't speak for Sharon, but I am available after 8pm on Thursday.

Hi Jana and All:

Due to church thanksgiving out reach this weekend, we could not change the zoom meeting time to Friday. We will continue to conduct zoom meeting from 8-9pm tomorrow Thursday. So far, Justina, Sharon, Lauren are planning to attend. I will send out meeting minutes afterward. For people who could not attend the meeting, if you have questions  or concerns , please let me know and we can talk about it at thanksgiving potluck time. 

Justina will send our zoom link . Thank you Justina. 

Often changing takes time.  I do anticipate no matter what happen to our group in future(either  merge,  recruit or dismiss) it will take at least several months to 1 year to settle including try out time. I hope to get ball rolling by end the year. Meanwhile I encourage every one to continue to pray for our group.
