September meeting and display day, and BBQ.

This Saturday September 20 there will be a EAA member meeting starting at 10:00 AM to 11:30   The Aircraft of Historical Significance Display will begin at 9:00AM to 2:00 PM. The BBQ will start after the meeting.  All of this will happen at AXIS AIR Hanger. The meeting topics  will be ,who wants to be board member or remain a board member. I will not be the president of EAA 1469 next year, I will stay on the board in some other capacity. Other topics will be on fly outs pancake breakfasts BBQS Young Eagles, fly our picnics to Kern Valley. And how we can contribute to Axis Air for their generosity for letting us use their facility. 

  As for the BBQ if you could bring a side dish, or desert It would help, EAA 1469 will provide hamburgers hot dogs and the fixings. Bring a friend
